The Discovery Experts Welcomes Operations Executive Cole Buck as Vice President of Operations
Dallas-based legal technology firm, TheDiscovery Experts, has announced Cole Buck has joined the company as Vice President of Operations. In her new role, Buck will oversee operational strategy, scalability initiatives and cross-functional alignment as the firm continues its rapid growth and commitment to delivering concierge-level service to clients in the construction, energy and commercial litigation sectors.
Buck brings more than two decades of operations, project management and organizational leadership experience to TheDiscovery Experts. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, implemented performance frameworks and optimized business processes to improve operational efficiency, accountability and long-term growth.

Prior to joining The Discovery Experts, Buck served as Vice President of Operations at Oasis Discovery, where she led enterprise-wide operations strategy and oversaw cross-functional teams responsible for client delivery and organizational performance. There, she implemented standardized processes and accountability measures designed to support scalable growth and operational consistency. She has also held leadership roles with Consilio/Advanced Discovery and Modus LLC, where she managed complex litigation support programs, financial forecasting initiatives and large-scale client engagements while developing operational frameworks that improved efficiency and service delivery.
Buck is recognized for her ability to identify operational inefficiencies, align teams around shared objectives and translate strategic vision into practical, results-driven execution. Her leadership approach is grounded in data-driven decision-making, transparency and continuous improvement, enabling organizations to operate more effectively while enhancing client outcomes.
